Day 1 - Manila Arrival

Our driver will pick you up from Manila airport to hotel for check in in Hop Inn Aseana (Standard Room) (or similar), fee time for shopping .

Day 2 : Flight from Manila to Coron, Palawan (B,L)

Our driver will pick you up at your hotel anywhere in Manila and travel to the airport. Travel time from Manila airport to Busuanga Airport is approximately 1 hour. The rest of the team will be meeting up with you in Busuanga Airport and take you to your hotel in Coron. Travel time from the airport to your hotel in Coron is about 30 minutes. In the afternoon, you will see the town on your bike and visit historical and interesting places like Mount Tapyas, souvenir shops, and the Maquinit Hot spring. The town tour will serve as your warm up ride.

Travel Time:1 hour from Manila to Coron via a commercial plane.

Day 3: Coron to Salvacion, Busuanga (B,L)

You will bike 60 kilometers of pavement with rolling terrain. There are no long, steep climbs but mostly rolling hills. Enjoy the view of the lush mountain forest, green rice fields, and the nearby islands.

Day 4: Salvacion Town to Calauit Island Safari (B,L)

Today is a 40-kilometer ride on pavement with rolling terrain. Great sceneries as you pedal your way to Calauit Island. Uphill is short and gradual. You will ride a small boat crossing the river to Calauit Island Safari. It is home to different species of herbivorous animals like giraffe, zebras, and deer. There’s no hotel inside the park. Tents and sleeping materials will be provided to make your stay and sleep comfortable. Or you have an option to sleep in a gazebo. The park has rest rooms and shower facilities.

Route Condition: Pavement, rolling hills

Accommodation: Tent camping or a gazebo

Day 5: Calauit Island Safari to Decalachao Village (B,L)

Calauit Island Safari is home to different wild animals. In the morning you can feed the giraffes and zebras while sipping your hot coffee. Enjoy biking the rest of the island where deer and zebras cross your path. Great sceneries of the nearby island with white sand beaches. The rest of the route is dirt coastal road. Be careful as you cycle through loose rocks and wooden bridges. Some pavements as we approach the village of Decalachao.

Route Condition: Single tracks and dirt roads, some steep and rolling terrain

Accommodation: The River House

Day 6: Decalachao to Coron via Borac and Marcilla Villages (B,L)

This route will be the longest amongst your biking days. It is 60 kilometers of trails and dirt roads with mountainous terrain. Experience the local hospitality during our lunch in one of our friend’s humble house. Local dishes and fresh fruits will be served with cold drinks. The ride will end in Maquinit Hot Spring Resort where you can relax by dipping in its hot spring pools. Scrumptious dinner is also served here.

Day 7: Active Rest Day in Coron (B)

To recuperate from the long days of cycling, you are not going to bike today. This will also allow us to resupply and prepare for the next island biking destination, Culion. Instead, you will have an active rest day doing kayaking tour in the mangrove forest for about one-half day. If you haven’t done kayaking before our local guide will teach you the basics to get you going and enjoy the tour.

Day 8: Coron to Culion Town Tour (B,L)

Early private boat ride from Coron to Culion. Travel time is about 1.5 hours via an outrigger boat. At the port of Culion, you will start biking the town and learn the history of Culion and the Calamianes Group of Islands. The tour will be led by a professional tour guide knowledgeable about Culion’s most important history. This is a half-day activity.

Day 9: Culion Town to Buluang Village (B,L)

Today’s ride is more of trail riding with great sceneries of the nearby islands, rice fields, and the lush mountains of Culion. You will begin your ride on a short pavement that will lead you to the single track trails. The trails are rolling and some are parts are technical. We have no support vehicle here because of the difficulty of the terrain. Buluang is a small village with nice rocky beach found at the other side of Culion Island. Perfect for that beach front camping. They serve here fresh seafood and other local dishes.

Route Condition: Mostly single tracks and dirt roads with mountainous terrain.

Day 10: Buluang Village to Canimango Village (B,L)

Today, you will mountain bike the northern part of Culion Island. Canimango is a small fishing village with long, beautiful, white sand beach. It has amazing savannas with the lush mountain terrain in the background. We have no support vehicle because of the difficulty in terrain. You can also interact with the kind local villagers.

Route Condition: Dirt road with hilly terrain

Day 11: Sun, Sea and Sand Escapade (B,L)

Discover beautiful white sand beaches and sand bars. Malcapuya Island has an interesting long and white sand beach while Bulog Island is a small island that boasts beautiful sand bar and crystal-clear water. Scrumptious local delicacies, fruits and beer are served in Malcapuya.

Day 12: Ultimate Reefs and Wrecks Snorkeling Experience (B,L)

Discover World War II ship wrecks of Sangat and Lusong Gunboats on this ultimate wrecks to reefs experience. See the vibrancy of the Coral Gardens and Decalve Marine Park; and all their wonderful fishes and corals.

Day 13: Ultimate Coron Island-Hopping Tour (B,L)

Grab your snorkels and dive in the water. Visit the most popular island-hopping destinations in Coron. Swim the Kayangan Lake. Watch the wonderful marine creatures of Siete Pecados, Coral Gardens, and CYC Island. Discover the Hidden Lagoons and enjoy your lunch on the beach of Calachuchi.

Day 14: Flight from Coron to Manila (B,L)

You have no activity today. Our team will drive you to Busuanga Airport in the morning. Upon your arrival in Manila, our Manila Team will help and bring you to your hotel and will take a half day city tour and free shopping in Manila city .

Day 15: Manila Departure to Cebu (B)

Breakfast and our driver and pick you up to the airport for domestic departure to Cebu. Arrival pick up to hotel for check in . Free to explore by your own .Hotel

 

Day 16 : Cebu – Dumaguete( B )
We take the fast craft to Dumaguete. We check into our hotel, have lunch and in the afternoon we have a nice bike ride to some waterfalls. .Hotel

Day 17 : Dumaguete – Kabankalan ( B, L )
Our jeepney brings us to the starting point. A nice climb is waiting in the morning
before we bike into the “forgotten valley”. A very nice scenic ride brings us to Kabankalan.

Day 18  : Kabankalan – Sipalay ( B , L )
Today we have one of the nicest rides in terms of scenery. We cycle besides the
sea and on the other side we can view some of Negros “Chcololate Hills”.

Day 19  : Sipalay – Bayawan ( B, L )
Another amazing cycling day is waiting for us and brings us to a very nice beach resort in Bayawan .Hotel

Day 20 :Bayawan – Dauis ( B , L )
Our last cycling day along the beautiful coast of Negros. Great views are guaranteed. .Hotel

 

Day 21 : Dauis – Siquijor ( B )
A short ride to the pier and then we have a rest day in Siquijor.Hotel

Day 22 : Siquijor ( B )
Cycling around the mystic Island. Awesome biking guaranteed. .Hotel

Day 23 : Siquijor ( B )
Cycling through the mystic Island. Be ready for some serious climbing,
incredible downhills and a nice waterfall at the end.

Day 24 : Siquijor – Twin Lakes – Santander (Cebu) ( B, L )
Today we visit the Twin Lakes in Dumaguete. This is a serious 15km climb up
but the views are awesome. In the afternoon we take the ferry back to cross to Cebu.

Day 25 : Santander – MoalboaL ( B ,L)
Today is the most challenging ride of the Tour. Crossing Cebu from east to
West and passing the so called Vegetable Highway. A spectacular downhill brings
us back to Moalboal.

Day 26 : Moalboal – Toledo ( B, L )
.Today we will cycle along the west coast up to Teloedo. Great riding is guaranteed. .Hotel

Day 27 : Toledo – Cebu City (B ,L)
Biking along the TransCentralHighway from Toledo to Cebu is “the challenge of
the Tour. Awesome views are guaranteed and you will definitely not regret doing
that ride.
